In 2014, I suffered a stroke while serving in the British Army. I was told I might never walk again, but I refused to accept that.
Since then, I’ve rebuilt my life and body, and in January 2025, I completed a solo ski to the South Pole, becoming the first disabled person to do so.
Now, I’m preparing for an even bigger challenge: another world-first in 2026 that will push the limits of human endurance and show what’s possible after a life-changing injury.
Alongside training, I work with companies and teams as a speaker and performance coach, sharing the tools, mindset and resilience that helped me come back stronger.
