The 12-Week Reset

Your 2026 Expedition

January is over. The "New Year" energy has faded. Now, the real work begins.

Most people start the year with a burst of motivation, only to find that by February, their resolutions have been buried under the weight of “real life.” If your goals for 2026 have already stalled, it isn’t because you lack willpower. It is because you lack a system that works when the weather gets rough.

In Antarctica, you don’t rely on how you feel. You rely on your scaffolding.

A Compass for the Months Ahead

I am Jonny Huntington. After a brain bleed left me with a permanent disability, I had to relearn everything. I eventually took those lessons to the ice, becoming the first disabled explorer to ski solo to the South Pole.

I didn’t reach the Pole through “New Year’s magic.” I got there by knowing how to lighten my pulk and focus on the next 100 metres. I’ve built this 12-week email series to help you do the same with your year.

This is for you if:

  • Your January goals have already started to slip.

  • You feel “admin-heavy” and drained by tasks that don’t move the needle.

  • You want a disciplined, military-grade system to manage your energy and your output.

The 12-Week Roadmap

We will spend the next three months building a foundation that doesn’t rely on motivation.

  • Weeks 1-3: The North Star. Re-align your “Why” and start casting small votes for your new identity.

  • Weeks 4-6: Lightening the Load. Identify the “Red Tasks” draining your energy and automate your decisions.

  • Weeks 7-9: The Scaffolding. Set your “Floor and Ceiling” limits so you never have a zero day again.

  • Weeks 10-12: The Final Push. Learn the 1-3-1 rule for solving problems and how to transfer your existing strengths to new maps.
